Hiking at Bukit Besar

Went to "Bukit Besar" for a little hiking at Kuala Terengganu, it is the easiest hill to find in Terengganu. It's the tallest hill in the town with the words light up at night "Perliharakanlah Terengganu". There probably has 2 telco towers on top of the hill and are tar covered road from the beginning until the peak where the 2 telco towers located. For a more magnificent view, try to walk until the end and you would probably spotted a electric container room, search to a tiny toad beside and walk till the end and wala. There you go, awesome sceneries are await for your sighting, till then =D

Sungai Lembing's Entrance

Sungai Lembing is a very old town that located in Pahang state, 40km from its capital, Kuantan. If you guys planning to go from Kuala Lumpur, take Karak Highway and exist Kuantan Tol, reaching at a T-junction, turn RIGHT and go straight and you would probably saw a welcome board and there you go.

This is probably our first visit to Sg Lembing, as we have saw people posting online about the magnificent breath taking views of attraction. In Sg Leembing, there are 2 major attractions or must-go spots. First is the one that we went, Panorama Hill (Bukit Panorama in Malay). You are requires to do hiking that takes you around 1 to 1.5 hours to reach the top, best is to hike in the early morning to catch sunrise.

So what the hell is so special about Panorama Hill? Well, you can refers to the photo above that we took, sorry as my photo is not that attractive because I'm not that luck as it's not a very sunny day. The great thing is that you guys are able to see the "Wave of Cloud" or cloudy formations.

Second places is Rainbow Waterfall, a place that we didn't managed to go due to not enough time that we had. This trip requires you to take a 1 hour ride on a 4WD vehicle and hike for 45 minutes. Must give it a try.

Life is just so great over there, peaceful and fresh. One last thing, which is about our rented riverside Tree-house, indeed we recommend you all to try it especially couple. I think that's all from us, enjoy =D

A Day Out

It has been a very long time where we never hang out together, finally we decided for a day out. Since that both of us back in our hometown and seriously there's limited places to visit and at the end we decided and we went to The State Museum, Chendering Beach and Batu Burok Beach. It's kind of pretty awesome day out, taking pictures and exploring for foods. Everything were just so lovely and happy.

Next stop, before both of us ends our Chinese new year holiday, we will be going to Pahang state, Sungai Lembing for a hike in Panorama Hill and Rainbow Waterfall, so check out our photo soon, definitely gonna be real awesome =D

A Complete Ending; A Good Beginning

23th December 2011 marks the end of my student life in Malaysia. I furthered my study right after I finished my high school back in year 2007 until the end of year 2011. It took me 4 years, left my beloved home sweet home in Terengganu and off for exploration, knowledge top up, experiences gaining and leaning something different in the new stage of life.

I first step my foot in to an island state called Penang, spent over 3 years in TAR College, Penang Branch Campus and successfully obtained my Diploma in Mass Communication (Public Relations). Basically Penang happens to be one of the place I'm so in love with. It is a very peaceful state with nice people around and especially loaded with godlike "FOODS". A lot of delicious and awesome local dishes can be found in Penang. Besides that, indeed I've met a lot of awesome friends and they are really awesome. If there's fate stated by god, definitely I'll be going back to Penang.

Moved from Penang to a big city as well as the capital of Malaysia, the city of Kuala Lumpur where I pursued my Advanced Diploma in Mass Communication (Public Relations). Indeed it takes time for me to adapt and meeting different kinds of people again. Luckily everything went kinda well and now it is towards the end. Hope that I can get a good result in this coming final examination and will be able to fly to the United Kingdom to obtain my Degree. Good luck to me and all of my friends as well.

Life is all about gambling with time, opportunity, and future. Probably, now I'm about to face the first riskiest bet taken in the first stage of life. Frankly says, my friends and I and there're three of us were planing to start up and run our very first business and definitely we all need money. Besides money, timing is as well as a very important aspect ans necessary in consideration.

Sometime we can't afford to have two things at once but you have to take it one by one. This is my current situation, if I wanted to run our business at first then I've to postpone my studies to UK and use that particular fund to support into our company main account. If everything went smooth and our company manage to get a stable hit on the track then only I'm able to go to UK, but in the coming year.

Indeed I'm alone and there're not even close friends going with my by that time. In the other hand, let's say touch wood, I'm facing failure in our business and I'll probably losses my Degree and Future. This is what I'm going to BET! I'm dilemma killer wannabe.

The best and scariest weapon on earth is you yourself. You have to determine who's your enemy by being observant, alerts and sensitive towards the surrounding and attack them before they got the chance to bring you down. Strategy as well as your strength, this is more like a plan in you, on how are you going to accelerate your actions. Calmness is the shell where you keep yourself in safe mode, no matter what happens, just stay as calm as possible so that you will be able to proceed to your planning and then attack.

One thing that you have to always bear in your mind is where you'd never reveal your strategy to others. In this world there are 2 types of people who can kept your secret well unknown. First is those who're dead and secondly is you yourself. Trust no one but your self but indeed, never ever overly trust it because sometime the one who betrayed you is you yourself once again.

Been to Lowyat Plaza again and got myself a Kingston 8GD data traveller. Frankly speaking, this is the second time for me to buy a thumb-drive a few years after my first bought back in Penang. 8GB which cost me around RM30 which is so much cheaper as compare to my previous bought, by that time I think 4GB which still cost me around RM80! Lots of changes especially the size and the design, it is so much thinner and it look exactly like a Sim Card, this is so gorgeous. So, am going to test-drive on it to determine its built quality and sustainability. Update soon.

Hello guys, this is going to be my very first time to update my blog by using my new bought Samsung Series 3 Netbook as well as to announce it to the world. I think I'm pretty crazy, well I bought this stuff with the price around RM1700 and the functions provided by Samsung is pretty awesome and I love the battery life the most where it can takes up to 9 hours of working, the second feature where Samsung introduced is the 3 seconds hybrid sleep mode boot up, probably this is the first time you would be able to get it in Samsung devices. Will be going to update after I've been using it for awhile and good luck for me and her (Baby Samsung). Happy Weekend guys.

The one on the left is said to be from Aljazeera, the one on the right is from FOX News, and the one in the middle is the original found Online, but regardless, this is a good example of how the same picture could be seen in 3 different ways. The media are experts at manipulating how we see things! Especially we as Malaysian, use your critical thinking before believing everything you see in the news!

Let's us make it simpler and try to think this way, well from where actually you obtain a picture of ghost, who's the one that portray the image of ghost that's now in you mind and from where you've seen it? I'd say it is not either from your Mother, Father, Relatives or friends because they can only tells and we can't imagine it in sound format because human being think in pictures, so where the hell that all theses images that stored in your mind from? TV and that's called MEDIA isn't?

Media which started earlier due to positive intention because it was used to spread news and to acknowledge people but till then where people especially from political perspective has started to make use of it because they have had realized the power and effects of it where media are able to penetrate and influence one's mind and thinking as well as behavior.

One thing that all of you out there must always bear in mind, do not 100% trust over, especially what you've seen and heard off in our Malaysia mainstream media. Everything can be easily manipulated as our mainstream media ownership are highly related to political parties and being used as their political news transport or digital doctors to inject they political agendas into you mind by penetration of brain.

Google it if you do not trust in my words here. As a media studies related student, I'm more than clear on what's going on but how about people who don't and those who don't study or from media studies background person?

Finally I'm kicking at the age of 22nd, although throughout theses years I haven't shown of any good or extraordinary result being achieved. Hahahaha, I'm going to keep my blog alive by posting recent activities done. Well, in the past 2 days, me and my friend and we went to Cherating, a place that located in Pahang state, Malaysia, it is a region of beach side small down town. First, let me introduce something short about my friends, all of us knew each other since we was 5 year-old and now there're about 16 years of friendship (I LOVE THEM), so just imagine that how well we maintains it (DONT ENVY).

Okay, lets get back to the firefly thingy. We reached Cherathing at 8.30pm (2.5 Hours driving from Terengganu's Capital) and we firstly met Mr. Su (POK SU in Terengganu's Slang) and he's a super friendly Malay tour guide that guides us to the firefly observation spot called Hafiz's Cherathing River Fireflies. That's the place where we met the owner as well as the boat guy named Mr. Hafiz, another god damn nice guy. We were brought to a boat tour along the Cherating River to observe the firefly and it was magnificent where magical moment actually happens.

We never thought of there're so much fireflies can be seen through our naked eyes, just imagine the river was full of blinking stars. Indeed Mr. Hafiz was a magician alike, he mastered the skill that enable him to call the fireflies by giving up light signals. That's was pretty awesome! As people said that we may start wishing if we saw a bunch of fireflies flying towards your direction, although it sounds pretty myth-fact. We did make our wishes by closing up our eyes for a min. I did my personal wishes for (Family, Friends, Dear Lik Thing, World).

This is a must do activity if you got your ass in Cherating, and it is totally affordable. The total charges cost about RM15 nett per pax and the overall boat tour takes you around 45 mins to 1 hour. Everything which is pretty worth because you wouldn't had this chance as always. Tips and hints from me: Please bring along your partner because it is a god damn romantic tour! One day, I'm gonna bring her there too, as I promised.

Really such a long time that I never update my blog. I'm kinda shocked, even "blogger.com" has changed and upgraded almost everything from layouts to users' posting interface. It seems to be the same that happened to me, almost everything has changed in my life lately. Not to mention about the past, instead am going to share something happy and a new beginning of life. Well, I'm so lucky to have an awesome person in my life, and her name is "Lik Thing." She's a person that is just so special and is hardly describe by words, and she mean so much to me. I love the way she smile, admiring the strong will in her and indeed she's a really gorgeous person to communicate and to to share everything with. All I'm going to say is that I love her, will do my best and to be her right person to take care of her.

In photoshop, people can nearly change or manipulates the original photo into another way round. We can make use of this software to accomplish tons of stuff that were saved in photo format. But, still there's someone who tend to misuses this software. Hopefully and luckily I'm still on the right track. Got to learn more and further improve in my photo editing skill. Hope you guys enjoy and do learn to use this software.

Lately, I've been loaded with tons of pressures. Again, feeling so hard in breathing. Haven't update about my blog for quite some times! Hmmz, got to make some noises! Well, what had happened to me lately? Lots of things; I joined the peaceful rally of BERSIH 2.0, got to experienced some Teared Gasses from FRU, I sold my camera, I sold all of my camera lenses and been assigned to completes lots of assignments. Hmmz, god damn it, I donno what am I trying to talk about right now, kinda blur. Well, I think I have to get back my normal life as to post up some normal usual updates. Stay tuned then when I got my sigh of relieve.

College That Doesn't Care of Its Student

If students have not made payment before this FINAL deadline, the students will be automatically withdrawn from the College and will not be allowed to sit for exams.

TAR College which a college that emphasizes and promised on its affordable education. Student from lower income family can obtain various of loans offered and one of it would probably from the government loans provider, "Perbadanan Tabung Pendidikan Tinggi Nasional" or PTPTN.

PTPTN loans offered a full fees coverage that up to RM13 thousand for the entire programmes from Certificate, Diploma and Advanced Diploma level, etc. Therefore, majority of the student from lower income family are fully depended on it.

Perhaps, things doesn't go as smooth as promised during TAR College open day or during Education Fair, where student are persuaded and hard sell to joining the college as they do not need to worry about the matter of loans.

In this semester, student has been promised that they will be receiving their PTPTN loans by 15 of June 2011, tentatively and get their fees paid by 23 of June. In this case, where there're probably 7,000 eligible PTPTN loans applicants and there's only 6,000 students who received the loans. Therefore, our question would be, how about the rest of another 1,000 student, what are they going to do, what is the reason and solution?

Trying to obtain a reasonable answer from TAR College - "Student Affairs Department" (SAD) and what we got is very disappointing. There's totally no solid reason and answer provided for student and not even a notice.

Responsibility been pushed away and thrown at the student. Without the PTPTN loans, some students, especially from the lower income family are definitely unable to pay their fees, but the college doesn't care anymore and student are forces to get money on their own, borrowing from people, loan sharks or go and rob, the college just don't hell care and concern over this matter, at the end students are forced to pay their fees or will be automatically withdrawn from college.

10th of June 2011, a date that has been marked in my calender and that I shall never forget. Received a message follows by call from my long known buddy, in a tone that sounds moody and I've been told that his mother has passed away by this morning in the general hospital. His mother been fighting for cancer just so hard and were struggling against hopes, she's not losing in her battle though, but she's has won it because she's strong enough to let it go in everything. Thanks god for shorten her sufferings and may her rest in peace. My deepest condolences to her. And to my friend; "Buddy, you have to stay strong, support your family and we will always be there for you"!

Hazy Pulau Redang

Yes, I'm in Pulau Redang again after my last visits 2 years ago. This time, things seems not really lucky for me, I ain't meeting the good weather and yet it's hazy instead of sunny bright sun, blue skies, crystal water. Another thing that I've found so different were the tourist who visits changing tremendously! Most of them are China' Chinese! Since China open its market to the world 30 years back, their economy status and political stability has changed. The people republic of China has knows how to make business, they builds factories, starts up businesses and company and for sure, they earns a lot and gain profit. This indirectly untie the freedom and way of thinking and they begins to explore the rest of the world that has been hidden from them for so long. We must admit that China in the coming years, will be a strong and stable country where people around the world wanted to be in, to do business with, trading, living and many more. Their spending behavior has changed, as they had already able to earn a lot, therefore, Chinese travelers has increases tremendously. I wish I'm not too late to explore and to gain my 1st bucket of gold in China. Ok, lets come back to talk about Pulau Redang and so sorry that not much picture to share whereby you guys can actually just google tons of Redang's picture and one thing that I hope is, please keep the island clean, its got polluted so badly. Well, this probably will be my last planned trip after my new semester had started. Times to concentrate in new beginning of life and its gonna be really tough. But I'm ain't afraid of it because I'm going to face it and take it so well.

I Pretty like the song lyric and the way of his singing style, which using local slang, native enough and culturally of Malaysia Chinese community. In his song, mentioned over a point, which's "why I've so speak other language when I'm talking to my people?"

Was wondering over this question, and it's happening around us that no body tend to bother about it. We do learn other languages to prepare us to be able to communicate with other people who speaks different languages. But, why we are using other people' culture and language to someone that same as us? Why are we (Chinese) speaking English to Chinese instead of using mandarin in our communication?

Does it sounds more standard? What is our culture? Do you ever ask yourself?

Think Nuclear, Think Green

What do you think about my title blog post today? Well, this is true that stated by TNB (Tenaga National Berhad) Malaysia, “Think Nuclear, Think Green. Well, I personally think that this is not the suitable time to put up a title sounds that way (or should take it down), as we can learn from Japan nuclear disaster that happens lately.

Basically, a yes that nuclear is pretty good in generating electricity as a fuel to power up Malaysia consumers. Nuclear has also the less carbon footprints left as compared to any other ways of power generation. Yet, building a nuclear plant which is also cost full and high-end technologies and knowledge are needed.

For me, vitally is where we have to figure out the ways of disposing the nuclear wastage perfectly but not burry it thousand feet beneath the earth, throwing it out to the space or etc, it still not going to work, that’s obviously starting or setting a timed-bomb that waiting to explode one day, not now perhaps but then.

Useless for Malaysia Nuclear Agency or TNB to educate, influence and expected the people of Malaysia regarding the good things about nuclear and make them to accept. You have to be fair in conveying info to the people. Anyway, it doesn’t matter anymore as the people has had untied the blind folded, we can see very clearly as what is happening in Japan.

My advice, as the people to this nation, uses your power to fight for your own future, speak out. We aren’t stupid. As we always go through the news paper such as Utusan Malaysia, New Straits Times, The Star, Sin Chew Daily and etc. We use to see political related reporting, articles, news, features, opinions and etc. It seems to be normal and nothing’s wrong at the first sight, as a smart Malaysia citizen, do you ever questioned yourself, why those news, reports and opinion are mostly against the opposition parties but not federal government? Well, you have to know that we definitely need press freedom, freedom of speech and fair news reports and comments.

In this case, we have to make up our mind, think rationally whether or not the news published or broad-casted are the truth and reliable? We use media to obtain information and process it our own but not get influenced. Sadly, most Malaysia did influence by the media, therefore, government would’ve control over the media with some rules and regulations.

The media is just too powerful that are able to change a person’ mind, therefore, media has been uses by the government as a tool to reach out to the people, influence them. This is so called “Government Agenda”. It is even more obvious showing how our government utilizing the media as a mind changing tool in recent Sarawak prior election. You probably would hardly see good news about opposition parties’ instead good news and created good news about the federal government are everywhere.

Well, this doesn't mean that I’m supporting the opposition. The main point’s where the government has to play fair. Tell the citizen about the truth instead of treating us like an idiot or dolls that you can control over. Well, people have to be smart enough to figure out which one is wrong and right. Please do vote for you future, better policies, and ways of ruling not because of supporting into the particular person. Teach them with you language of vote.

Well, I've found something attracting my eyes sight, which's a really interesting article while I'm doing my media monitoring task today. Well, what the hell to be with the Unproductive Competency anyway? It's the wasted skill, knowledge, and experience or training which are not utilized in the the field of working environment, due to many factors which block the performance, for examples:

People are not provided with the opportunities
People are not motivated to apply what they know
Superiors override subordinates' better ideas
People are afraid to apply what they know
The company has not exploited new opportunities to use new competency
The competency is of no relevance and use to the company
The corporate culture prevents people from using their competency

Therefore, if you're able to get rid of this or you're able to manage it, unproductive competency definitely wont be happening.

Recalling the earth hour event that I went last week. Well, I went to Sunway Pyramid, a famous shopping complex in Kuala Lumpur. Kinda awesome, just because this's probably my first time to spent my earth hour in KL. Is pretty not bad indeed, but it suppose to introduce to the whole nation. Hopefully next year will be better and wont be just 60 mins but we can make it until 120 mins or more. Well, love the earth as the earth loves us. Happy go nature.

Do you guys ever believe there's probably would be a doomsday ahead as showing in the famous movie 2012 or even for those who watched the videos, on discovery channel, FB and etc regarding the prediction made by the Mayans and the Chinese thousand years ago? Well, I do believe, but just wonder when would it be, is it got to be in 2012 or just right after a few seconds? Look at what happen lately, disasters, Japan tsunami with earth quake, Myanmar earth quake, New Zealand earth quake and monsoon hits the east coast of peninsula Malaysia, where it supposed to end 2 months ago and now it causing flash floods in several districts in Terengganu, Kelantan, Pahang and lately which believe to affected Perlis. Well, what’s in my mind now, I’m just thinking that it’s a kind of natural disasters which is not really natural to occur. All of these are causing by human being, we ourselves, why am I making this statement? Well, human being been racing against each other for the bring up of the latest technology. Well technologies does helps us a lot where we can actually double up the speed almost in everything and convenience we just have to spend 45 mins on flight instead of walking for weeks in order to reach Terengganu from KL, a few mins to done cooking, and everything is fast. From there, as well as the so called age of earth has been shorten as much as 50%. Over developments are causing the earth going sick, destroying the nature is equal to destroying your own future. Not going to write munch over this matter, as a kind of creature who so called having the ability of thinking logically and rationally. Well, please use this ability and starts thinking, indeed we are such a tiny dot on earth.

It has been long time I never go for vacation, been so busy for my internship programme and even scarifies my whole weekends for exactly 3 months. I set my my own on 2 minimum missions which I'm going to achieve it. I really miss Redang Island, a beautifully island located at the south east China sea of Terengganu, which's also my lovely hometown. The 2nd mission will probably be a hiking trip to Bukit Tabur, located at Taman Melawati, Selangor. Mount that uses to be an awesome spot for photography. I do really need a rest, I don't want to live my life just with hectic working days. It is the time to let my brain a rest, to go out and do the thing that I like, to get my self back to the nature. I love vacation.
